series special ceramics filter
TT series special ceramics filter is a new
product integrating such new and hi-tech as electromechanics,
micropore filtration board, automatic control and ultrasonic
wave cleaning. The emergence of the model is a revolution
in solid-liquid separation field. By concentrating successful
experience in research, development and manufacture and
combining the actual circumstance of domestic customers,
Tongdu Environmental Protection Co. has conducted optimized
design and refined fabrication with its own five patent
technologies in TT series special ceramics filters.
The first special ceramics filter integrating
many patent technologies has filled up the gap and the
performance indexes have reached international level.
At present, TT series special ceramics filters have been
widely used in mining, smelting, chemical and environmental
protection fields. The products range from TT-4 to TT-60
with a dozen of models. The filtrated materials involve
the dewatering of concentrate and tailings of copper,
sulfur, iron, gold, cobalt, silicon, zinc, tin, gypsum
and cyanide residue as well as filtration and dewatering
treatment of foul acid, waste water and waste residue
in chemical and environmental protection field. The material
fineness ranges from 50% -200 mesh to 90% -400 mesh and
various superfine materials. The equipment has been used
in different altitudes from Qinghai-Tibet Plateau to the
Changjiang River Delta and in different temperatures from
the northeast to the southern parts of the Changjiang
River.
